| A1 Auto Parts will only accept return products that are defective and/or covered by a manufacture warranty. We will not accept any returns for wrong item purchased. Verify the items your are purchasing fit your application. ONLY when the mistake is on our end via wrong part shipped will we accept a return. All returns must be in unused uninstalled condition and still be in the same packaging shipped. Packaging must be in original condition and can not be destroyed. We will not accept returns unless the item can be restocked. All returnable items can be returned up to 10 days after delivery. Delivery is verified with signature required. All refunds will be minus shipping costs and minus 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
