AIRTEX FUEL PUMPS ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Airtex fuel pumps are made with all new materials under rigorous quality controlled manufacturing and testing procedures Airtex fuel pumps meet or exceed the performance specifications of the original equipment they are designed to replace This limited warranty is in effect for one full year from the date of purchase Should an Airtex fuel pump fail to function within the warranty period due to manufacturer s defect in materials or workmanship when installed on vehicles as specified by the Original Equipment manufacturer and or as cataloged by Airtex then upon return of part and proof of purchase to original place of purchase the original purchaser will receive a new Airtex fuel pump in exchange at no charge This warranty does not apply to any Airtex fuel pump which is used in connection with automobile racing This warranty does not apply to any Airtex fuel pump which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than the manufacturer This warranty does not apply to any Airtex fuel pump installed on a vehicle which has been modified from the original manufacturer This warranty does not cover damage and defects caused by improper installation mishandling or other abuse Airtex will not be responsible for the cost of related parts labor charges or incidental expenses nor for any consequential damages personal injury or damage to property Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you There are no warranties other than stated herein The sole responsibility of Airtex under this warranty shall be the replacement of the fuel pump as stated above This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State If there are any questions concerning this warranty or its implementation purchaser may write to the warrantor Airtex Automotive Division 407 W Main St Fairfield Illinois 62837 USA
